They illustrated beautiful ways to extend the living spaces beyond the walls of the home to maximize our investment in this property. Each design was inspiring and representative of what could actually be built as a retreat for our family. They went above and beyond, and the hardest part of working with them was narrowing down the concepts to which one we wanted to build. The site was challenging and it amazed me the thoughtfulness and creativity shown in each concept they developed. From concept, through entitlements, through construction documentation and construction administration, Bill is always engaged and consistently anticipates what is ahead to make for a very thorough and well-documented process. In addition to his thoughtful design, Bill consistently adds to the collaborative culture we hope to have amongst our design teams on all new projects. Our outdoor environments, under his design direction, are an integral part of our brand and have proven to be a primary reason for resident retention. His work has resulted in a resident experience that is unmatched by other comparable communities. His integrity and passion drives him to create meaningful and memorable space, while creating ecologically accountable landscapes.“Since 2008, Bill has been an instrumental member of five large-scale multifamily communities we have developed.
